Your item must then be returned to us, in its original condition and packaging, we recommend using a recorded delivery method. Once received, goods, which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted, may be returned for a full refund. Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable for any unsuitable items.
